Plumbing & Electrical
New plumbing and electrical run inside open walls during renovations, from PEX water lines and drains to new wiring and an exterior electrical panel.

The most important work in a renovation is often the part that disappears behind the walls. When walls are open, it's the right time to put in new plumbing and wiring that will serve the home for years.
New water lines and drains
Color-coded PEX lines carry hot and cold water, and new PVC drains are set at the right height for each fixture, ready for the drywall and finishes to follow.
Electrical
New wiring is routed neatly through the framing, and an exterior meter and disconnect panel were installed on the brick wall outside.
